I have not made any bank payments to Nikotpf.

2) On what basis are you requesting a refund?

Because I havent made any payments to Nikotpf so these transactions are illegal/fraud.

3) Why did you write to support@elegro.eu when it comes to Nikotpf?

Becuase I found the information online that Nikotpf is a part of Elegro.
