Hi, I opened the game again and I had no problem to see them and they were there.
However, I asked Juraj if there can be such a problem and how to solve it, so when he writes me back, I'll let you know if I have something useful. 😉

don't have any "spin" keys or place to change the bet, etc.

we are talking about spin butotn and so on. Well, frankly I could ot simulte the same problem. No mater what I tried, I always saw this:
I suggest you try to use another device or browser. At least try to clear the cookies and temporary files. Let me know whether it helps, please.
