A few slots have a guarantee of 20x on a bonus. Do you think all slots should be made with a guarantee with a minmum of 20x?. Casinos and providers are ripping off the customer at the moment and I am getting sick of going 100-400 spins to get a bonus that pays zero or 2x. I could get 10-15 bonuses in an evening and not hit 20x once where as streamers always hit their 100x average. Surely this not fairness on the normal customer and should be addressed

I urge you not to compare to any streamer who "always wins", they usually place max bets so the odds are better, still for me it's hard to believe they are constantly sooo lucky!

Back to your question, I think there is not a tool anybody can use to make game providers guarantee such a feature.
Imagine that even RTP for a single slot varies for different countries, so the idea that something like a minimal multiplier does sound funny. Don't you think?
Unfortunately it has been addressed on just about every platform from not only players, but gaining recognition of some lead YouTube pages with the deception of these large numbers.
Completely agree with the features never paying a fair amount compared to the average feature of all streamers I’ve watched. (Radka I play very large bets too, and have bought over 35+ $12,000-$24,000 bonuses in a single session and never once hit more than a 125x when using high bets. Similarly if I drop the bet size after these very large bets of $12,000 per feature - and buy a "sensible" $1000 feature a $10 spin, and I’ll hit a 300-350x win.
Id say there was heavily influenced RTPs on streamer / test accounts
