Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Have your withdrawal limit changed since you are registered in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that the withdrawal limit is completely normal and many casinos have even lower one so there isn't really anything that can be done with it.
