Absolutely terrible experience deposited money won couldn't withdraw, reached out and was told I am not aloud to play from the UK and was offered a full refund of deposits the refund never came I have supplied bank statements six times live chats transcripts with the bank showing no refund has been made to my account, they sent me fake arn codes three times over the course of two months , then eventually gave me arn codes that contained to correct amount of digits and my bank couldn't track any refund with those so I sent all of this information to jokabet for the 6th time and they then said they need a written letter from my bank saying they can't track the refunds they just change what they want until it's impossible to provide I told them my bank does not send letters and they do not need one my bank statements and correspondence with the bank in chat is more than enough for them to see I haven't received my refund this has been ongoing now since 26/11/24 and I still do not have my money back they just keep lieing to me sending me backwards and forwards and around in circles doing everything they can to not pay me back, I have been waiting for a response from them now since 26/12/24 and I'm just being ignored they have blocked me from live chat because after the chat it asks if you're request was dealt with and it because I click no evrytime they said I was abuseing the chat rating and banned me for leaving a honest review all they say is the team is dealing with it and nobody gets back to you absolute terrible casino and they consistently lie to players to make you believe they have sent a refund that was never sent I been waiting since 26/11/24 for my refund that has never arrived

Claim that Uk players are accepted however terms and conditions state that players from the uk cannot deposit or play real money games. They had no problem taking all my payments. I have a gambling problem, and have been registered with gamstop for 3 years. After a mental break I had my support worker contact with my permission to explain the situation. Very unhelpful. Illegally taking money from vulnerable customers and where card payments are made using incorrect merchant codes to avoid being recognised by financial institutions. As I also had a gambling block on my bank account they are now looking into the transactions made. Still receiving emails and texts despite my account being closed. Stay away from Jokabet they do not care for customers.

I submitted a review on trust pilot, Despite their response, going back and forward with emails I agreed to not file charge back for an agreed sum of my deposits back, had me sign and NDA and have since refused to communicate and have not kept to their word! Customer service is none existent!

I had a personal issue with my account and initially jokabet was very understanding and offered to help out and assist in my situation which I was very grateful for and impressed by. However, talk appears to be cheap and this is where the problem for me is. They are very slow to respond with anything meaningful on email, apart from the 'the team are dealing with your request' which seems to go on and on for days. I have been asked to send in so much information (bank details, card details, statement etc etc) and yet despite having done all that the promised action (confirmed on an email from them) has not actually happend.

*update 6th August jokabet are doing their usual thing of responding on here to make it seem like they are genuinely interested in resolving your issue (did the same on trust pilot) however when you email them as requested you never actually get a response!

This casino was great, the experience and everything spot on. Until a bonus was enabled on my account.

A bonus for the grand total of £5 was enabled on my account. I thought nothing of it, it would be a nice little bonus once I meet the £100 wager requirement. I was wrong!

I was in the middle of playing Blackjack, deposited a total of £2k, lost it all... not a problem, I'm fine when genuinely losing, the bonus had already been enabled and I thought I had already met the requirements and it was done.

So I deposited £600. Playing blackjack, got up to a balance of £1,400. Then all of a sudden my balance reduces to £288.

To my shock, they have taken my real cash balance and linked it with the bonus which wager requirements should already have been met.

Then on the bonus, they applied a maximum winning limit of £38.

So they reduced my real cash balance by £1.1k and replaced it with the bonus value of £38.

After speaking with live chat, email and their VIP contact. Nobody is willing to listen to my case, nobody will escalate the issue to a manager and I was supposed to receive a callback 5 hours ago but it never came.

Things were going great until this experience. It's dodgy and as a result I highly recommend avoiding!

Having played a few different non U.K. based casinos, 90% are full of complications for U.K. players. However I made small bets and cashed out fine with wins up to £500. They then asked for my driving licence on a withdrawal of £1,000. They accepted it immediately and paid out the same day. I then won $3,000 on plinko and they asked for a bank statement and paid out straight away.

They are advertising heavily on social media which is indicative of them being legitimate. I have gone days upon days of a winning streak, not inly one day a week like bc.games et anl. That being unscrupulous sites. This site uses a random number generator which is also a sign heading towards being provably fair, although I’m not sure if it is independently tested. But the wins are as random as one would expect.

They normally do next day payout. They do with me as I deposit with Revolut although they do sometimes do it on the same day depending upon the time of the win. On weekends they do not pay out. But it’s fully within their t’s and c’s. and I can understand why they do it in order to asses their weekly deposits and payouts. I would personally do that myself if I owned a business. However they offer a crypto deposit/withdrawal system, but again on a weekend I’m not sure they pay out immediately.

The bonuses are legitimate and not instigated until you have run out of your own money.You can cash out before using it; I’ve played the bonuses a couple of times and managed to go through the play through, which varies per bonus taken.

Cashback is very healthy and only requires being played through once. It has a great selection of games and loyalty rewards my only slight disappointment is that you have to play your deposit x 3 before cashing out. The minimum withdrawal was €100. However this may have changed this at the start of April as too with minimum deposit which was €30. I haven’t checked but they may have reduced them both.

They offer safety limits and self exclusion quite easily, and hold a full set of records of your transactions and games. All a sign of a healthy casino. Their additional KYC at higher amounts is to counteract money laundering. Which again heightens it’s validity.

The live games are fun and legitimately fair. Some have no hesitation at recommending this casino. It does have associated sites. But I have not played them as at the moment I am very happy at playing on this.
