A disgrace to the online casino world. Claim to have all the bells and whistles, 24 hour "live chat" is anything but live and will take days to pick one message to email reply to and ask you what the issue is when its clearly constructed on the message I sent, many many times. They dont care about the customer at all. This last deposit i recieved 100 wager free on multiple hacksaw games. They would not activate and gave me an error. You think that support would be helpful? Absolutely not. It had its moments and I have cashed out but, this is very painful and disgusting to say the least on how they have become so distant and no longer willing to put an effort in. DO NOT give them anything if i had to deliver a message. Wont be depositing again because I have this feeling that my issue will not be rectified, corrected, or reimbursed. Take care everyone. And take a hike Osh
- Disgraceful support
- Errors and issues around every corner
