Angiveligt vil sikkerhedsteamet kontakte mig.
I dag.
***VIGTIG OPDATERING***
I should have read these reviews more closely before signing up. After depositing well over $2000 in a week, I was going to close my account bc I could not win. My host gave me a $1000 chip with a 25x wagering requirement. Somehow I overcame that requirement and cashed out $5,000. I tried to be proactive and email my documents before I really started to make larger deposits. Like many people on this site, I became a high roller (VIP), Golden Goose, Crypto Elite etc. I have chatted in at least ten times inquiring about my documents. They always tell me that they'll email me back straight away. They have yet to do that in two days. Finally, I contacted them via the High Roller hotline and spoke to my host who was very nice and assured me that she'd deal with this for me. While on the phone, she explained to me that I wouldn't be eligible for future bonuses because the system made me a "skilled player" (in one week..?). I am a recreational player. Moreover, she said that my Crypto Elite status was taken away for the same reason. However, she assured me that my documents would be reviewed today. I called again a few minutes ago. Supposedly, the security team will be contacting me. They happened to email her "six minutes" before I called. Needless to say, they haven't done that yet. Their system, or the employees, categorize you as a skilled player when you win more than you deposited--which takes away your Crypto Elite status. Then, when you try to withdraw (even though one of my withdrawals occurred while a Crypto Elite--I had two for $2500--you get a $5000 weekly limit when you are a high roller) your withdrawals take longer to process because you are no longer "VIP". They also don't process or review documents on the weekend, to prolong your withdrawal even longer.
My documents were sent on 02/27 at 8:38am. One of the reps told me that they should be verified on the 02/28, then someone else the 1st of March, etc. That hasn't happened and I'm getting really angry now. I will not stop calling, emailing, chatting in until those funds are in my Bitcoin wallet. I don't care if I have to do so 100 times. All they have to do is look at a passport, selfie, and my electricity bill. This situation shouldn't be happening.
I do see that many of you were paid, eventually. That gives me some hope, but I will not be deterred. I am VIP at many casinos and get withdrawals in MINUTES. The longest that I've ever waited was 24 hours TOTAL. They want "up to 72 hours" to verify documents, but exceed that time frame. Then, your status is removed after you win big so they can extend your withdrawal out as long as possible. What they don't see is that people like me spend a ton of money playing and they are going to lose that customer relationship if I have to wait any longer for these funds.
Verify these documents and give me my money DuckyLuck. Today.
***IMPORTANT UPDATE***
I provided the casino additional photographs of my passport, showing the stamps and barcode page. Then, I submitted a copy of a federally certified MA driver's license (the new federal Real ID*). The casino manager was incredibly fast to respond, approved my payouts, scheduled the payments, and I was paid $2500 yesterday (Bitcoin) and $2500 today (Bitcoin). I am pleasantly shocked, but they were very apologetic and despite my initial feelings--I really think they may just be incredibly diligent with their verification process. The best recommendation that I can give for other players is to send in your documents on the very first day that you open the account. Send in your passport AND driver's license (they probably won't request both but send both anyways). Make sure that everything matches up, then chat with support after a couple of days to make sure that everything was approved. Also, if you are "Golden Goose" (their version of a high roller) get the number to your host and be in communication with them throughout the process.
