Så endelig ved jeg, at bluechip-webstedet er totalt fupnummer. Jeg oprettede min konto for et par dage siden og fik den bekræftet med mine dokumenter. Jeg har aldrig oprettet en anden konto med samme e-mail/nummer/identitet. I går indsatte jeg 300 INR bare for at tjekke, om deres indbetaling virkelig virker, jeg indbetalte beløbet, som ikke dukkede op senere på min saldo derovre. Så jeg talte med chatsupport, og de fortalte mig, at jeg skulle bekræfte betalingen med den samme metode igen (ved at udfylde det samme beløb og transaktions-id) igen... Så jeg gjorde det samme, og de sagde, at der er et teknisk problem, så de videresender mit problem til den relevante afdeling, og det vil snart blive løst. Jeg ventede i næsten 6 timer, saldoen er stadig nul, ingen indbetaling dukkede op, så jeg loggede af min konto og gik i dvale. I dag morgen vågnede jeg op med et håb om, at min konto er deponeret med beløbet nu, så jeg forsøgte at logge ind på min konto, men den viste en fejl, der bedes tjekke din adgangskode eller e-mail, jeg prøvede tre gange og ændrede derefter min adgangskode ved at klikke på 'glem' password' igen forsøgte at logge ind med ny adgangskode og fik samme fejlmeddelelse 'ingen login'. Jeg oprettede en anden konto med min fars mobil og e-mail og bad problemet om at chatte support om min konto, jeg var overrasket, da de sagde, at du måske havde indsat dit transaktions-id igen (jeg indsatte ikke, men skrev, fordi det var i skærmbilleder så jeg så og skrev hvert eneste tegn ordentligt), okay, så sagde de, at du måske har en anden konto med samme detaljer, adresse, IP-login. Jeg sagde nej, det var min eneste verificerede konto med mine oplysninger. Senere gav det mig ikke en ordentlig grund, så jeg bad om at refundere mine penge, de sagde, spørg venligst din betalingsudbyder, jeg mener, hvad fanden... Min betaling blev trukket fra min bank, så hvordan kunne min bank betale det til mig nu. Så nægtede de at returnere min betaling og fortalte mig store lektioner om vilkår og betingelser, at jeg måske ikke læste T&C'erne, og nu kan de ikke returnere mine penge, som ikke engang blev indsat på min konto og blev blokeret. Fantastisk... Jeg beder jer alle og casinoguruen om at gøre dette casino sortlistet ASAP, da jeg har alle de betalingsbeviser, jeg sendte til dem og ikke fik retur, selv min betaling var nul og stadig nul efter fratrukket min bank. Forsøg aldrig at spille på dette casino, lav aldrig nogen konto der. De er rene svindlere og efterlader aldrig en eneste chance for at rive dine penge.

So finally I know that bluechip website is totally a scam. I created my account a few days ago and made it verified with my documents. I never created any 2nd account with the same email/number/identity. Yesterday I deposited 300 INR just to check if their deposit really works, I deposited the amount which wasn't appearing later in my balance over there. So I talked to chat support and they told me to verify the payment with the same method again (by filling the same amount and transaction ID) again... So I did the same and they said that there's some technical issue so that they're forwarding my issue to appropriate department and it will be resolved soon. I waited for almost 6 hours, still balance is zero, no deposit appeared so I logged out my account and went to sleep. Today morning I woke up with a hope that my account is deposited with the amount now so I tried to log into my account but it was showing an error that please check your password or email, I tried thrice then changed my password by clicking 'forget password' again tried to login with new password and got same error 'no login'. I created an 2nd account with my father's mobile and email and asked the issue to chat support about my account, I was surprising when they said that you might had pasted your transaction ID again (I didn't paste but typed because it was in screenshots so I saw and typed each and every character properly), okay then they said that you might have 2nd account with same details, address, IP login. I said no that was my only verified account with my details. Later that that didn't give me a proper reason so I asked to refund my money, they said please ask your payment provider, I mean what the hell... My payment got deducted from my bank so how could my bank pay it to me now. Then they denied returning my payment and told me big lessons on terms and conditions that I might have didn't read the T&Cs and now they can't return my money which wasn't even deposited into my account and got blocked. Great... I'm requesting you everyone and casino guru to make this casino blacklisted ASAP as I've all the proofs of payment I sent to them and didn't get return even my payment was zero and still zero after deducted from my bank. Don't ever try to olay on this casino, don't ever make any account there. They're pure scammers and don't ever leave a single chance to rip your money.
