Ødelagt, hvad der var en god oplevelse.
Nå, jeg ville nok have givet en god anmeldelse for en måned siden. Dog ikke så meget mere. Alt startede godt, jeg ville endda anbefale dem som et topkasino, men på grund af hændelser de sidste 2 uger vil jeg ikke være det.
Jeg havde adskillige udbetalinger afventende, via bankoverførsel, men min fejl, jeg gik glip af, skrev transitnummeret, mens jeg indtastede bankoverførselsoplysningerne. Jeg havde forsøgt at kommunikere det med kundeservice og blev bare ved med at blive afskrækket. Jeg fik at vide, at pengene alligevel vil blive indsat på min konto, alle kundeservicemedlemmer, jeg taler med, ser ud til at være ligeglade og ville svare tilbage med åh vent et par dage. Det vil dukke op, da jeg fortalte dem, at det ikke ville, syntes de alle at ignorere mig. Jeg havde talt med 3 personer over live chat 1 via e-mail. Og ingen så ud til at bekymre sig. Af den sidste person, jeg chattede med over live chat, var jeg ret ked af det og lidt stresset. Da der var en uforudset økonomisk nødsituation. Mit kæledyr blev sygt, og min husleje skulle betales. Hele min løncheck var nødvendig for at gå til disse begivenheder, hvilket efterlod mig ingen penge til mine basale behov. Så det viste sig, at disse gevinster ville være nyttige for at hjælpe mig. Men hver gang jeg spurgte om det, fik jeg bare besked på at vente et par dage mere. Ja, jeg må indrømme, at jeg nok tog lidt fejl ved at lade min frustration og stress tale. Men efter at der var gået en uge, og min første tilbagetrækning endnu ikke var i gang, begyndte jeg at blive en smule ked af det. I mellemtiden blev den 3. fyr, jeg havde talt med, ved med at ægge mig og fortalte mig, at jeg ikke ved, hvordan tilbagetrækninger fungerer, og at han er nødt til at genuddanne mig om dem. Og men ville ikke være nogen hjælp for mig, eller give mig svar.
Uden at tænke for meget kom jeg med et par kommentarer som:
"Jeg havde brug for de penge til mad".
"Gæt dårlig bare sulte i denne hastighed"
"Det er ikke sådan, at du får mine penge til at dukke op, så jeg endelig kan spise efter 3 dage"
Hvilket de tog, da jeg har et "gambling"-problem, fordi jeg for en gangs skyld faktisk havde brug for mine gevinster. Enhver anden gang kunne jeg ikke have været ligeglad med, hvor lang tid de tog. Det var ikke på grund af "gambling", men uforudsete omstændigheder i mit daglige liv. De besluttede at låse min konto og derefter lukke den permanent. Og fortæl mig, at jeg skal søge hjælp. Grunden til, at de lukkede min konto, var på grund af disse kommentarer.
Jeg blev mailet af deres kundesupport supervisor. Hun fortalte mig, at hun lukkede den på grund af disse problemer og sendte min tilbagetrækning igennem igen. Da jeg forsøgte at forklare situationen og omstændighederne, var jeg lidt stresset på det tidspunkt. Og det var fuldstændig uopfordret at lukke min konto. Hun ignorerede min sidste e-mail, og jeg fik intet svar. Hun var ligeglad, og besluttede bare, at det var vejen at gå. Hvis dit kæledyr/barn var sygt, og du havde lidt penge, ville du ikke også være lidt stresset?
Jeg har stadig ikke set min udbetaling for næsten 2 uger siden, og de andre få, jeg fik at vide, blev indsat med succes, jeg har sendt skærmbilleder af mine konti og ingen udbetalinger på mit kontoudtog, bare for at få at vide IGEN, vent et par dage.
Hvert aspekt af håndteringen af kundeservice var uprofessionelt, lige fra personale på livechat til kundeservicetilsynsførende. Og et stort spild af tid. Jeg ville ikke være så ked af det og skrive denne anmeldelse, hvis hun ikke lukkede min konto permanent. Da dette var mit hovedkasino, og min favorit indtil denne nylige hændelse. Det er virkelig skuffende, at det er sådan, de behandler deres kunder. Og viser bare, at de er ligeglade med kunderne. Det er temmelig trist at se, hvad der var et godt websted, gå og trække noget som dette.
Ruined what was a good experience.
Well I would have probably given a good review, a month ago. However, not so much anymore. Everything started out good I would have even recommend them as a top casino however due to incidents the past 2 weeks I will not be.
I had several withdrawals pending, via wire transfer, how ever my fault I miss typed the transit number while entering the wire transfer info. I had tried to communicate that with customer service and just kept getting put off. Told the money will be deposited into my account anyways, every customer service member i talk to seem to just not care and would respond back with oh wait a few days. It will show up, when I told them it won’t they seemed to all ignore me. I had talked to 3 people over live chat 1 over email. And no one seemed to care. By the final person I chatted with over live chat I was quite upset and a little stressed out. As there was a unforeseen financial emergency. My pet got sick and my rent was due. My whole pay check needed to go to these events leaving me no money for my basic needs. So it turned out these winnings were going to come in handy to help me out. However anytime i asked about it I just got told to wait a few more days. Yes I’ll admit I was probably in the wrong a bit by letting my frustration and stress do the talking. However after it had been a week and my first withdrawal wasn’t in yet I was starting to get a bit upset. Meanwhile the 3rd guy I had talked to, kept just egging me on, telling me I don’t know how withdrawals work, and that he needs to re educate me on them. And but would be no help to me, or give me answers.
Without thinking to much, I made a few comments like:
"I needed that money for food".
"Guess ill just starve at this rate"
"It's not like your going to make my funds appear so I can finally eat after 3 days"
Which they took as I have a "Gambling" issue, because for once I actually needed my winnings. Any other time I could not have cared less how long they took. Well it was not because of "gambling" issue, but unforseen circumstances in my day to day life. They decided to lock my account then close it permanently. And tell me I need to look into help. The reason they closed my account was due to those comments.
I was emailed by their customer support supervisor. Telling me she did closed it due to those issues and sent my withdrawal through again. When I tried to explain the situation and the circumstances as to I was a bit stressed out at the time. And closing my account was totally uncalled for. She ignored my final email, and I got no response. She did not care, and just decided that was the way to go. If your pet/kid was sick and you were a little tight on money would you not be a little stressed also?
I still have not seen my withdrawal from almost 2 weeks ago, and the other few I was told were deposited successfully, I have sent screen shots of my accounts and no withdrawals on my statement, just to be told AGAIN wait a few days.
Every aspect of dealing with customer service was unprofessional, from staff on live chat to customer service supervisors. And a big waste of time. I would not be this upset and writing this review if she did not close my account permanently. As this was my main casino, and my favourite up until this recent incident. It’s really disappointing that this is how they treat their customers. And just shows that they do not care about customers. It’s rather sad to see what was a good site go and pull something like this.
