I played on this platform for the first time, deposited $200 and won $600 playing NBA. When I requested a withdrawal, customer service said it would be processed within 48 hours. After more than 48 hours, when I logged in again to my account, they notified me that I needed to complete level 2 KYC verification. I followed their request and completed the verification before proceeding with the withdrawal. However, shortly after that, when I opened my account again, it was already frozen. It has been almost two weeks now and I want to know if my withdrawal can still be processed.
