Den 10. juni indsendte jeg en hævning på $100. Syv hverdage senere, den 20., blev det annulleret, fordi de ønskede at bekræfte min bitcoin-adresse. Efter at have bekræftet det med en supportchatagent genindsendte jeg min hævning på $100.
Lige nu, eksklusive weekender, har jeg ventet i dagevis. Inklusiv weekender har jeg ventet i 21 dage.
Jeg er en indbetalingsspiller, og min bekræftelse og dokumenter blev godkendt måneder før min udbetaling. Jeg vidste, at udbetalinger ikke var øjeblikkelige som kasinoer som brango, men jeg havde også meget grundigt læst deres vilkår og betingelser og var okay med det, der blev angivet som standardtidsrammen. Men da jeg indsendte min tilbagetrækning, stod der, at jeg ville få mine penge inden for fem hverdage. Jeg har sendt supportchat det skærmbillede, men det hjalp ikke. De var ligeglade. Blev bare ved med at gentage der standardtider.
Der er absolut NUL e-mail-kommunikation overhovedet. Den eneste grund til, at jeg overhovedet fandt ud af, at min udbetaling var blevet annulleret, er, fordi jeg loggede ind for at tjekke status for den. Hvis jeg ikke gjorde det, ville jeg aldrig have vidst det.
En af de sidste supportagenter, jeg talte med, Tracy, havde bedt mig om min bitcoin-adresse igen. Jeg sendte den og spurgte hvorfor. Hun sagde, at det er fordi, før en tilbagetrækning kan godkendes, skal kryptoadressen verificeres to gange via supportchat. Hvorfor står det ikke i T&C'erne? Hvorfor fortalte de et halvt dusin andre supportmedarbejdere mig ikke det eller bad om det? Når jeg så beder om at tale med en leder, bliver jeg nægtet en.
Endelig, i dag, chattede jeg med en manager ved navn Anabelle. Hun var den sødeste, jeg talte med, men jeg venter stadig. Hun bad mig komme tilbage på mandag for at se, om det er blevet godkendt, og hun fortalte mig også, at hun sendte en e-mail til tilbagetrækningsteamet for at eskalere det. Så mandag vil der være i alt 24 dage til at vente på min hævning på 100 $. Så vi får se.
Men alt i alt vil jeg ikke anbefale at bruge dine penge på Slots of Vegas. De overholder ikke deres egne T&C'er, så det gør alt ekstremt svært, og hver gang en supportmedarbejder fortæller dig noget, er det altid anderledes end det forrige og aldrig sandfærdigt.
Lige nu tror jeg virkelig ikke, de kommer til at udbetale min udbetaling. Men vi må se på mandag. Jeg vil opdatere denne anmeldelse med eventuelle ændringer, hvis der er nogen.
Så i dag, 7/3/23, blev min tilbagetrækning endelig godkendt. Nu siger support, at jeg nu skal vente yderligere 10 dage på, at de rent faktisk sender pengene til min Bitcoin-pung. 🤦🏼♀️ Smh.
If someone is looking for an honest thorough review of this casino, then here it is.
On June 10th I submitted a withdrawal for $100. Seven business days later, on the 20th, it was cancelled due to them wanting to verify my bitcoin address. After verifying it with a support chat agent, I resubmitted my $100 withdrawal.
As of now, not including weekends, I have been waiting for days. Including weekends, I have been waiting for 21 days.
I am a depositing player, and my verification and documents were approved months prior to my withdrawal. I knew there withdrawals were not instant like casinos like brango, but I had also very thoroughly read there T&Cs and was okay with what was stated as the standard time frame. But when I submitted my withdrawal, it said I would get my funds within five business days. I have sent support chat that screenshot but it did no good. They didn't care. Just kept repeating there standard times.
There is absolutely ZERO email communication whatsoever. The only reason I even found out that my withdrawal had been cancelled is because I logged in to check the status of it. If I didn't do that, I would have never known.
One of the last support agents I talked to, Tracy, had asked me for my bitcoin address again. I sent it and asked why. She said that it's because before a withdrawal can be approved, the crypto address has to be verified twice thru support chat. Well why isn't that in the T&Cs? Why didn't the half a dozen other support agents tell me that or ask for it? Then when I ask to speak with a manager, I'm denied one.
Finally, today, I chatted with a manager by the name of Anabelle. She was the nicest one I talked to but I'm still at a waiting standstill. She told me to come back on Monday to see if it's been approved and also told me that she emailed the withdrawal team to escalate it. So Monday will be a total of 24 days waiting on my $100 withdrawal. So we shall see.
But all in all, I would not recommend spending your money on Slots of Vegas. They do not abide by there own T&Cs so it makes everything extremely difficult, and everytime a support agent tells you something, it's always different from the previous one, and never truthful.
As of now, I really don't think they're going to payout my withdrawal. But we shall see come Monday. I will update this review with any changes if there are any.
So today, 7/3/23, my withdrawal was finally approved. Now support is saying that I now have to wait another 10 days for them to actually send the funds to my Bitcoin wallet. 🤦🏼♀️ Smh.
