Customer support is awful. They don't answer chat and when you call the girl doesn't really know anything. They dont answer the email they have for contact also
- Won $2500 end of November- 6 weeks ago now going into 7th week.. Billing at red dog said it was credited back to my card on file. I never received. I checked with the bank and they had no record.The billing dept asked for my bank statement which I sent Dec. 28. I contacted chat beginning of november and they said they had elevated it to an account manager. No one will respond to me now by chat or email
- I consider this fraudulent at this point in time. They basically stole my money
