This site is a joke. I have been trying to get the payout for my winnings for over a month. They gave me the runaround about validation forms and the process and then FINALLY processed my winnings only to issue 1/4 of my requested payout. Customer service on the phone is useless, they tell you to email. Email takes days to respond and then days to process your request and then days more to action it. Save yourself the trouble and play elsewhere.
