The one Star is for the good selection of games, good Bonus offers and great UI. When you try to withdraw your Money you will have a really bad time. First of all you have to wait 3 Days, in these days nothing happends. The Maximum amount is 500€, dont be tricked by their loyalty System. Once you request a withdrawl you will be set back to rank 2 and get back to your 500€ Level, even when you have been VIP before. I have proof for that and im willing to share on request. Second, even after 3 Days there is no response. i asked live Chat about that and they said they will look into it. Minutes later the withdrawl was canceled. Reson was a "software glitch" when i asked another agent about that he said it was canceled on my request. Frustrationg. As for now I have 4300€ in balance, 3 open withdrawls (500 Monday, 800 Thursday, 500 Friday) and 2500 cash. I will give an Update here, but the process is really frustrating.
