Ohmyspins refuses to even look at my documetns for verification,
The live support just copy paste the same message over and over again,
blames it on some other department.
Tells me to send email to them which i have done multiple times even attached the requested files along but they never respind or even look at my documents for verification.
They are trying their best to not verify my account so that i can not withdraw my money.
They want me to loose it or drag this out 1 year so that they can start to deduct the money from my account.
It has gone months my documents is still pending.
