Jeg har haft en konto her i et stykke tid, selvom jeg aldrig har indbetalt. Jeg spiller for det meste på RTG gaming casinoer, men ledte efter en forandring. Jeg tænkte, at jeg ville give dem en chance for at se, hvordan jeg allerede havde en konto registreret hos dem.
Efter at have logget ind og undersøgt, hvad jeg skulle gøre for at blive verificeret. Jeg uploadede alle de nødvendige dokumenter på stedet, bortset fra bekræftelsen af mit telefonnummer, fordi jeg ikke kunne finde et plus 1 for USA.
Så jeg kontaktede support via chat. Fik en e-mail-adresse til e-mail nævnte dokumenter i Jeg ønskede også at opdatere min e-mailadresse fra den, jeg havde registreret mig med. Så for at spille det sikkert gik jeg tilbage og slettede alle de dokumenter, jeg uploadede på stedet, og uploadede dem i stedet og e-mailede dem til den supportadresse, jeg fik, og som instrueret.
Efter at have fået alle mine dokumenter uploadet og sendt, får jeg en svar-e-mail, der siger, at min registrerede e-mail ikke var i deres system, og at der ikke var en sådan konto i deres system. Jeg tænker, laver du sjov med mig. Jeg er lige blevet færdig med at logge på med nævnte e-mail. Gik logget ind igen med nævnte e-mail, og åbnede en chatsession med en anden supportperson end den, der instruerede mig i at e-maile mine dokumenter. Efter at have forklaret, hvad der skete, fik jeg at vide af denne chatagent, at e-mail ikke var deres system, og at en sådan konto eksisterede ikke. Giv mig en pause, hvordan fanden loggede jeg lige ind med den, hvis der ikke er en sådan e-mail registreret i dit system. Supportagenten har lige lukket chat-sessionen på mig uden forklaring.
På dette tidspunkt er jeg virkelig bekymret, for jeg har lige sendt alle mine dokumenter foto for og bag på mit betalingskort mit id, min seneste strøm- og vandregning.. så jeg loggede ind en sidste gang og gik til min konto, som var opført med nævnte e-mailadresse mit navn alt alle mine oplysninger på der screenshot det gik til chat uploadede og sendte det til dem. Sagde, hvad er det, hvis der ikke eksisterer en konto. Sagde, at jeg ikke længere ønskede at formynde deres casino og lukkede chatvinduet uden yderligere forfald.
Jeg uploadede derefter et skærmbillede og sendte en e-mail til supportadressen, der først svarede, at der ikke eksisterede en sådan konto, efter at jeg efter at have modtaget alle mine dokumenter understregede min bekymring over sikkerheden af de dokumenter, jeg sendte, og at jeg ville følge nøje med, og jeg ville dokumentere min erfaring i de undersøgelser, som jeg nu begynder at skrive
Det ser for mig ud som om, at det eneste, de var interesseret i, var at få mine dokumenter og så fortælle mig, at der ikke var en sådan konto, selvom de beviste, at de tog fejl. Vær advaret om, at dette sted er lyssky som helvede, og jeg fortryder, at jeg overhovedet tænkte på at deponere der nu endsige sende mine dokumenter ind..

I have had an account here for quite some time though I never have deposited. I mostly play at RTG gaming casinos but was looking for a change. I thought I would give them a try seeing how I already had an account registered with them.
After logging in and researching what I needed to do to be verified. I uploaded all the required documents on site except for the verification of my phone number because I couldn't find a plus 1 for the USA.
So I contacted support through chat. Was given an email address to email said documents in I also wanted to update my email address from the one that I had registered with. So to play it safe I went back and deleted all the documents I uploaded on site and instead uploaded them and emailed them to the support address I was given and as instructed.
After getting all my documents uploaded and sent I get a reply email saying that my registered email was not in their system and that there was no such account in their system. Im thinking are you kidding me. I just got done logging in with said email. Went back logged in again with said email opened a chat session with a differant support person than the one who instructed me to email my documents in. After explaining what happened ,i was told by this chat agent that said email was not their system and that no such account existed.Give me a freaking break how the hell did I just log in with it if there's no such email registered in your system. The support agent just closed the chat session on me without explanation.
By this time I'm really concerned cuz I just sent in all of my documents photo front and back of my debit card my ID my most recent power and water bill.. so I logged in one last time went to my account which was listed with said email address my name everything all my information on there screenshot it went to chat uploaded and sent it to them. Said what's this if no account exist. Said that I no longer wanted to patronize their casino and closed the chat window with no further due.
I then uploaded screenshot and sent an email to the support address that first replied no such account existed after after getting all my documents I stressed my concern over the safety of the documents that I sent and that I would be watching closely and I would be documenting my experience in the surveys that I am now beginning to write
It looks to me like all they was interested in was getting my documents and then tell me there was no such account despite proving them wrong. Be warned this place is shady as hell and I regret even thinking about depositing there now let alone send my documents in ..
