Jeg uploadede mine dokumenter til verifikation den 11. november 2025. Den 12. november 2025 modtog jeg en e-mail om, at KYC-verifikationen var gennemført. Men da jeg tjekkede min profil, kunne jeg stadig ikke hæve, fordi der stod, at verifikationen ikke var gennemført. Jeg kontaktede derefter support, og de fortalte mig, at det ville være løst i dag - men det skete ikke! Jeg venter stadig på, at I retter dette, men der er ofte ingen support tilgængelig, og når der er, svarer de næsten ikke eller yder nogen hjælp!

Supporten informerede mig i dag via livechat om, at jeg skal gennemføre verifikationen igen med den nye metode, hvilket er fuldstændig latterligt, da jeg allerede er blevet verificeret og har modtaget bekræftelsen via e-mail. Jeg ville ikke lave et stort nummer ud af det og tænkte, fint, lad os få det gjort også. Men den nye verifikationsmetode virker ikke engang.

Bekræftelsen ved hjælp af den nye metode fungerede med hjælp fra supportteamet. Nu er der tilsyneladende helligdage, og jeg skal vente to dage, før de kan behandle udbetalingen. Derudover kan du kun hæve €500 om dagen, hvilket jeg ikke finder særlig godt eller anbefalelsesværdigt. De prøver at gøre det virkelig svært for dig at få dine gevinster!

I uploaded my documents for verification on November 11, 2025. On November 12, 2025, I received an email stating that the KYC verification was successfully completed. However, when I checked my profile, I was still unable to withdraw because it said the verification was not completed. I then contacted support, and they told me it would be resolved by today — but that did not happen! I am still waiting for you to fix this, but there is often no support available, and when there is, they hardly respond or provide any help!

The support informed me via live chat today that I have to complete verification again using the new method, which is completely ridiculous since I have already been verified and received the confirmation by email. I didn’t want to make a fuss and thought, fine, let’s get this done as well. But the new verification method doesn’t even work.
Second Update:
The verification using the new method worked with the help of the support team. Now there are apparently holidays, and I should wait two days before they can process the withdrawal. In addition, you can only withdraw €500 per day, which I don’t find very great or recommendable. They try to make it really hard that you get your wins!
