Jeg var virkelig respektfuld og forstående over for agenter om situationen efter at have forsøgt at vikle mit hoved om den. De fortalte mig, at jeg skulle kontakte VIP-manager en måned efter, hvilket ville være omkring 1/24 januar, og det gjorde jeg i dag 6/24 januar, og de fortalte mig, at jeg ikke kan få VIP-manager mere. Jeg gik for at finde e-mails med alle de samtaler, jeg havde holdt fra dem, og de var alle væk fra mine filer. Så det ser ud til, at de måske har blokeret mig eller hacket mig. Da alle de optegnelser, jeg gemte, er væk fra min fil??
Jeg kontaktede 2 uger uafbrudt, før de lukkede min konto om nogle ting, jeg ikke følte mig tilfreds med, og ligesom de fleste mennesker følte mig uhørt og behandlet dårligt, da jeg igen stolede på dette firma i et år. Jeg fik intet svar i de 2 uger. På en morgen vågnede jeg op til e-mails fra dem 1) at jeg blev budt velkommen til et nyt VIP-program, de havde oprettet, da jeg allerede var VIP, men dette var en nyere version 2) at jeg havde vundet en præmie på lotteri 3) At min kontoen blev lukket, ingen yderligere diskussion.🤯 Jeg fortalte dem respektfuldt, at jeg ikke gør det, det er rigtigt. De svarede, at jeg forsøgte at afpresse dem for at genåbne konto ved at fortælle dem ærligt, at jeg muligvis skal indgive en klage mod dem for at have lukket min konto uretfærdigt. Jeg prøvede at kommunikere med dem igen og igen, og de ignorerede mig, opførte sig derefter som kujoner, og i stedet for respektfuldt og modent at kommunikere med dem, lukkede de min konto. Jeg fortalte altid chatagenterne, hvor meget jeg satte pris på dem, og jeg var altid en fuldstændig åben bog om alle ting. De viste mig meget lidt respekt til gengæld. Som jeg sagde før, havde jeg gemt e-mails, men nu er de på mystisk vis alle væk??? Jeg gemte dem af denne grund. Jeg ventede respektfuldt i måneden med ikke at skrive nogen negative anmeldelser eller indgive en klage, da VIP-manageren, som jeg sagde, fortalte mig, at vi kan tale om en måned. Nu vil de ikke lade mig tale med manager og behandle mig som ingenting. Det er ikke rigtigt. Vi stoler på disse virksomheder med masser af penge, og på et øjeblik tænder de på og er så manipulerende, det er helt vildt for mig. De skal forstå, at vi er mennesker, og nogle gange har de brug for at sige fra, hvis vi føler, at vi bliver behandlet uretfærdigt. De tændte mig så slemt. Fik mig til at føle, at jeg ikke havde ret til at sige noget, og at jeg stressede dem. Da alt, hvad jeg prøvede at gøre, var at få noget respekt og sund kommunikation om min konto. Jeg er virkelig ved at miste tilliden til denne industri og tænker, at hele online casino forretningen er en totalt lyssky forretning. Jeg plejede at elske bare at spille mine slots tankeløst for underholdningens skyld. Når virksomheder trækker ting som dette gør det, at jeg ikke har nogen tillid. De behandler ikke mennesker som mennesker. Jeg ved ikke, om du hjælper mig med at få det bedre med alt dette eller gør det rigtige, jeg ved ikke 🤷🏼♀️. Jeg tænkte bare, at jeg ville prøve at gøre det, der er rigtigt for os spillere. Da disse ting sker for meget for almindelige mennesker, der bare prøver at få lidt held, blive behandlet retfærdigt og have det sjovt. Disse virksomheder powertrip tager folks penge og dropper dem, så snart nogen af os har en stemme. Igen, jeg sætter utrolig stor pris på din tid og indsats. ✌️❣️Sig til hvis du har brug for andet fra mig. Jeg har ikke e-mails fra dem, selvom jeg har gemt dem. Så det er lidt mistænkeligt 🤨 er det ikke?? Ikke overrasket dog, da det er sådan, disse fyre ser ud til at fungere. 🥸

I was really respectful and understanding to agents about situation after trying to wrap my head around it. They told me to contact Vip manager a month after which would be about Jan.1/24 and I did today Jan.6/24 and they told me I can’t get Vip manager anymore. I went to find emails of all the conversations I had had kept from them and they were all gone from my files. So it appears maybe they blocked me or hacked me. As all the records I saved are gone from my file??
I reached out 2 weeks continually prior to them closing my account about some things I did not feel happy with and like most humans felt unheard and treated poorly as again I trusted this company for a year. I got no response for that 2 weeks. In one morning I woke up to emails from them 1)That I was being welcomed into new VIP program they had created as I was already a VIP but this was a newer version 2) that I had won a prize on lottery 3)That my account was being closed no further discussion.🤯 I respectfully told them I don’t this this is right. They responded that I was trying to black mail them to reopen account by telling them honestly I may have to file a complaint against them for closing my account unfairly. I tried communicating with them over and over and they Just ignored me then acted like cowards and instead of respectfully and maturely communicating with them they closed my account. I always told the chat agents how much I appreciated them and always was a total open book about all things. They showed me very little respect in return. As like I stated before I had saved emails but now mysteriously they all gone??? I saved them for this reason. I respectfully waited the month to not write any negative reviews or file a complaint as like I said the Vip manager told me we can talk in a month. Now they won’t let me talk to manager and treating me like I’m nothing. This is not right. We trust these companies with lots of money and just in a blink of an eye they gaslight and be so manipulative is mind blowing to me. They need to understand we are human and sometimes need to speak up if we are feeling like we are being treated unfairly. They gaslighted me so bad. Made me feel like I did not have a right to say anything and that I was causing stress on them. When all I was trying to do was get some respect and healthy communication about my account. I am really losing trust in this industry and thinking that the whole online casino business is a total shady business. I used to love just playing my slots mindlessly for entertainment. When companies pull things like this it makes me have no trust. They don’t treat people like humans. I don’t know if you help me feel better about all this or do what is right , I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️. I just thought I would try to do what is right for us players. As this stuff happens too much to everyday people who are just trying to get a little luck , be treated fairly and have some fun. These companies powertrip take peoples money and drop them as soon as any of us have a voice.
