Med alt det ovennævnte kan vi ikke se nogen pålidelig grund til at refundere noget beløb til spilleren. Som angivet i vores officielle T&C'er tager enhver udbetalingsanmodning op til 24 timer at blive behandlet af vores betalingsafdeling, og derfor kunne vi nemt håndtere alle hans udbetalinger, hvis han ikke annullerer dem.
Vi ser intet andet valg end at lukke denne klage, da dette er vores endelige beslutning om, at spilleren ikke er berettiget til nogen refusion, baseret på hans spilleaktivitet hos 1bet.

We've made a detailed investigation for the player and his activity at 1bet and here are all the actions in chronological order:
01/06/2022- Requested withdrawal for 992 €
01/06/2022- Asked for KYC
01/06/2022- Cancelled withdrawal for 992 €
01/07/2022- Player sent KYC documents, re-asked for proper utility bill and selfie
01/08/2022- Requested withdrawal for 1 100 €, at this time we are still waiting for his KYC documents
01/10/2022- Player sent KYC documents
01/10/2022- Verified payment method of choice
01/10/2022- Cancelled withdrawal for 1 100 €
With all the above mentioned, we can't see any reliable reason to refund any amount to the player. Furthermore as stated in our official T&C's any withdrawal request takes up to 24h to be processed by our Payments Department, hence we could easily handle all of his withdrawals If he doesn't cancel them.
We see no other choice, but to close this complaint as this is our final decision of the fact that the player is not eligible for any refund, based on his gaming activity at 1bet.
