Indtil for nylig ville jeg have givet dette casino 5 stjerner. Masser af spil, tilsyneladende fair spil og gode bonusser, hurtige ind-/udbetalinger, en lydhør VIP-person, der giver nogle ekstra bonusser... Alt sammen fedt.

Jeg spillede (og vandt), og pludselig var min saldo i XRP (1136.26) væk, og jeg modtager besked om, at udbetalingen var vellykket, en udbetaling til en konto, jeg ikke kender og aldrig tidligere har været brugt på min konto, uden mit samtykke eller indgriben ! Jeg var i chok, og jeg forstod ikke rigtig, hvad der lige var sket i øjeblikket!
For ordens skyld deler jeg ikke adgangskoder eller enheder, jeg kører ikke scripts eller noget i den stil, og jeg havde 2FA aktiveret før denne hændelse i flere måneder uden nogensinde at slå den fra!
Efter at have talt med supporten fortæller de mig, at 2FA blev deaktiveret øjeblikke før tilbagetrækningen blev foretaget.
På en eller anden måde var nogen i stand til at slå 2FA fra (uden min viden eller godkendelse! HVORDAN?!?!?) og fik ulovligt adgang til min konto for at foretage udbetalingen. Jeg havde ingen indikation eller bekræftelse på, at 2FA var deaktiveret.
(PS: Jeg bruger andre casinoer, og de sender dig en e-mail, når nye adresser bruges til udbetalinger, så du kan bekræfte, at det er din, før en udbetaling behandles. Det sker ikke her! Jeg kan kun undre mig over hvorfor... )
Ved at kontakte supporten anbefaler den mig kun at være opmærksom på sikkerheden og endda beskylde mig for uagtsomhed og INTET ANSVAR for dette. Forestil dig et sted, hvor du tror, du vinder, du tror, du er sikker med 2FA aktiv, men det er du IKKE, og i sidste ende mister du dine penge og bliver endda anklaget for uagtsomhed!
Få dage senere er min konto nu låst, sitesupport tager AGES at svare en gæst (fordi nu kan jeg ikke logge ind!) om hvordan man låser den op, og efter at jeg fik et svar, var jeg nødt til at sende e-mail med detaljer, og det kan det tager op til en uge at få et svar efter afsendelsen...
Sendte e-mailen, intet svar overhovedet... ikke engang anerkender, om de har modtaget det, eller om de kigger på det...
Jeg vedhæfter printskærmen for transaktionen, det er det eneste, jeg var i stand til at få, før min konto blev låst.

Up until recently I would have given this casino 5 stars. Lots of games, apparently fair games and nice bonuses, fast deposits/withdraws, a responsive VIP person that grants some extra bonuses...All cool.
It all changed on the 17 September 2024.
I was playing (and winning) and sudenly my balance in XRP (1136.26) was gone and I receive message that withdraw was successful, a withdraw to an account I do not know and was never used before in my account, withouth my consent or intervention! I was in shock, and I din't really understood what just had happened at the moment!
For the record, I do not share passwords or devices, I do not run scripts or anything like that, and I had 2FA activated before this incident for months, withouth ever turning it off!
After talking to support, they tell me 2FA was deactivated moments before the withdraw was made.
Somehow, someone was able to turn off 2FA (withouth my knowledge or approval! HOW?!?!?) and accessed illegally my account to make the withdraw. I had no indication or confirmation that 2FA was disabled.
(PS: I use other casinos, and they send you an email when new addresses are used for withdraws for you to confirm it is yours, before a withdraw is processed. That doesn't happen here! I can only wonder why...)
Contacting the support, it only recommends me to pay attention to security and even accuse me of negligence and take NO RESPONSIBILITY for this. Imagine a place where you think you are winning, you think you are safe with 2FA active, but you are NOT and in the end you lose your funds and are even accused of negligence!
Few days later, my account is now locked, site support takes AGES to answer to a guest (because now I cant login!) on how to unlock it, and after I get a reply, I had to send email with details and it can take up to a week to have a response after sending it ...
Sent the email, no response at all.... not even acknowledging if they received it or if they looking into it...
I attach the printscreen of the transaction, its the only thing I was able to get before my account being locked.
