I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

The account was then reopened and returned to normal status after the investigation was completed and a bonus was credited to the account for a promotion, he/she was eligible for during the investigation.
Since this is a newly registered account, the team has decided to return the forfeited amount along with a compensatory reward which the user has already begun utilizing.
