Der stod på turneringens ToS, at folk ville blive belønnet 72 timer efter det sluttede..men jeg spurgte support for 4 dage siden og svarede: "Desværre har vi endnu ikke modtaget listen over kvalificerede vindere fra udbyderen. Så snart dette er givet , udbetaling vil blive foretaget til alle kvalificerede vindere"
Nå, intet problem trods alt, har bare brug for lidt tid.. men for 2 dage siden spurgte jeg igen til støtte og fik endnu et meget anderledes svar: "Kære kunde, som vores ledelsesteam nævnte, er du blevet diskvalificeret fra turneringen på grund af kampagnen misbrug. Denne beslutning er irreversibel. Hav en vidunderlig dag."
Jeg ved virkelig ikke, hvad der skete her. Denne turnering handlede specifikt om højeste multiplikator i et enkelt spin, så hvilken slags misbrug taler de om?? Jeg har spurgt support om dette "misbrug", men har ikke fået svar indtil videre... Sjovt faktum er, at jeg i UGE 2 fra denne turnering har deltaget og allerede fået min belønning, så hvordan bliver jeg udelukket??
For at være retfærdig mistede jeg penge i forsøget på at få en 2. plads på leaderboardet og fik derefter dette vilkårlige svar. I betragtning af at jeg ikke gjorde noget forkert her og fik denne falske anklage føler jeg mig lidt "svindlet". Det var trods alt en turnering, ikke en giveaway eller en slags velgørenhed.
Jeg har brugt Duelbits i næsten 2 år, har KYCed, deltager altid i disse slots-turneringer og indtil da har jeg ikke noget problem. Hvis nogen kan hjælpe med at løse mig, ville dette problem være fantastisk.. og hvis det er nødvendigt, har jeg beviser for, at jeg var på andenpladsen, da turneringen sluttede.

It said on tournament ToS people would get rewarded 72h after it ends..but i asked support 4 days ago and go this answer: "Unfortunately, we are yet to receive the list of eligible winners from the provider. As soon as this is provided, payout will be made to all eligible winners"
Well, no problem after all, just need some time.. but 2 days ago i asked again in support and got another very different answer: "Dear customer, as our Management team mentioned, you have been disqualified from the Tournament due to the promotion abuse. This decision is irreversible. Have a wonderful day."
I really dont know what happened here. This tournament specifically was about highest multiplier in a single spin so what kind of abuse are they talking about?? I've asked support about this "abuse" but didnt get answer so far...Funny fact is that in WEEK 2 from this tournament ive participated and already get my reward, so how i am banned??
To be fair ive lost cash trying to get 2th spot in leaderboard and then got this arbitrary answer. Considering i did nothing wrong here and got this false accusation i feel kinda "scammed".. After all that was a tournament not a giveaway or some kinda of charity.
I've been using Duelbits for almost 2 years, have KYCed, always participating on those slots tournaments and no problem until then. If someone can help solve me this issue would be great..and if ncessary i have proof i was at second place when tournament ended.
