Jeg fik mig selv blokeret via OASIS på grund af min ludomani. Jeg fortsatte med at spille og indbetale på www.bcanaplay.de efter forbuddet. Jeg er nu afholdende og har krævet mine indskud fra kasinoet, siden jeg blev banned fra OASIS. Kasinoet har en tysk licens og har været hvidlistet siden marts 2023. Jeg blev forbudt den 22. marts 2023. Efter min mening har casinoet ikke overholdt sin juridiske forpligtelse, hvilket er dit ansvar som indehaver af en tysk licens, til at foretage en sammenligning med OASIS-låsefilen hver gang du logger ind. Jeg anmoder derfor om at få alle betalinger tilbage, siden spærringen fandt sted.

Dear Radka, I have tried to file a complaint here at Casino Guru but I cannot choose the casino and not were I live (it states that I live in Puerto Rico). The Casino is licensed in Germany since March 2023 (it is on the Whitelist). I am desperate to get this money back and would like to try everything possible. I already filed a complaint to the licensing authority. Please advise how I can file a complaint here - Thank you!
