Anyone had any bother with winning and winnings not being added to balance then when u check Ur transaction history for proof I can not find anything on large wins but ur balance is high. I also can not verify and withdraw as they said they do not accept screenshots of documentation. 3 days I am trying with them and getting nowhere. Telling me that all transaction history is only recorded for 1 week so by the time I get it proved it will be deleted altogether and I will not be able to prove anything. All transaction is there of small winnings but transactions of larger winnings are missing. I only opened my account with then at wkd

Cosmo bet casino is scam , i fully verified my account before played, but after withdraw this scammers wanted more documents, Yes you are fully verified but when you want withdraw you can't, want again documents, after when I send again next documents they again reject my withdraw and again want more and more , what a scam company.
