I deposited around $700 and won $1500. Good games and good luck of winning then they made it so impossible for me to withdrawal my winnings making up every excuse under the table I’m so annoyed and do not recommend this casino only if you want to lose your money! There is plenty of other reviews stating the same

Hi, can I ask if your situation is still going and you are still unable to withdraw your money ? Alternatively, what reason did the casino give for not being able to withdraw your money ? 

I am asking because I am trying to understand more about the situation and I hope that it is not a case like with other players that you accidentally lost your money. That would be a great pity.

Hi sorry just saw this. They made it impossible by withdrawing my money because

  1. I requested a bank transfer then they declined
  2. tried making withdraw again and all of a sudden the banking transfer option was gone
  3. asked me to try withdrawal via a payment method that isn’t available in NZ
  4. kept making up excuses in live chat

2 years ago i opened one account there for testing purposes , today i have reached them for id verification and update my account and they were very friendly and helpful. I will leave a full review later this week.

So far account update and correct all my personal info, however the payment i used in the past has been disabled, they accept only google pay, Neosurf, Interac and crypto.

I will wait next month to see if they fix the issue.

Ive made a bunch of deposits for $10 here..but today I made a $10 deposit through btc as I’ve always done..A small fee made it below their minimum and was told they are just keeping it and to me to look at the rules..any other place I’ve played if it isn’t enough they won’t let you make a deposit in the first place..I have a receipt where the transaction was complete and told it is lost because of the minimum rule..No you are just stealing it or just send it back

Hmm, hello, I think the casino shouldn't just keep the money. Isn't it possible that they leave it in the player's account and you deposit some more money to make it okay? Did the money you deposited disappear from your gaming account or how is it now?

I was told it’s lost and it never even went in account..My wallet says it’s confirmed and I’ve tried and they just keep saying it has to be above their minimum deposit..They never gave me any option,just plan theft..Imagine how much they steal from people that are just below because of the btc fee

honestly, this is weird... Are you saying the casino claims that amounts below the deposit limit will be confiscated? Or rather, such sums bounce back to the wallet? I really want to be sure here. Speaking about the wallet, confirmed payment in many situations does not mean a completed transaction. I saw that before.

Well, I'm just saying it is not always the casino, hence the questions. Additional questions on both sides could help find something solid, what do you think?

I contacted my wallet and was told it was received and no it never bounced back to my wallet..They do just keep it,.If emailed them over and over and always told their rules are if it’s below the amount that’s just too bad I guess..I can show and prove everything.

What is your level of confidence that the casino will eventually step in to recover your lost deposit? As far as I can tell, the amount is small, but it still bothers me that you have not received any assistance. I find it unacceptable to say that the money is lost. Would you like to file a formal complaint via the Casino Guru website? Do you like the idea?
