Ja, alt burde være mere gennemsigtigt fra casinoet..du får ikke en opdatering via e-mail eller information om verifikation eller behandlede udbetalinger.

Min udbetaling blev bekræftet af support, desværre var beløbet ikke sat til godkendt, men er stadig under behandling. Den eneste måde at fortælle, at udbetalingen er blevet behandlet på er, at du ikke længere kan annullere udbetalingen...men bortset fra at dette casino er rigtig godt.

no, I can't.. the bank managed to stop the transaction. but they could inform me that it was not the same as the one I paid for. but then it's just weird that it's the exact same amount that I tried to pay out

my withdrawals got approved yesterday and I have received 2 of them but not the 3rd one. All 3 of them got approved on the same time but have only got 2 of them in my account. Is this normal or should I contact the casino again?

now I got $22,500aud pending for withdrawl 3 x $7,500aud as that’s max withdrawl amount per transaction via bank transfer and it’s been 3 days and still pending they keep telling me it’s on the list to be approved etc
