I have a withdrawal request dated 12/30/24 which was approved
from 31.12.24 it tells me "the payment is verified by the payment system"
I want to know what is happening and why it hurts so much( nine casino)

I suggest you ask the casino support or chat if you have not done so before.
As long as we are not the casinos's employees, we may only follow hints you players give us. Hopefully someone else will be more knowledgeable.
In any case, let us know how it goes. Could be just a New Year delay,... Speaking of which, has your account been verified already?
