Well, didn't you try to send them an email explaining the situation and asking how it is and what you should do? You might be able to make a decision based on that, but as I said, from what I've found out, you probably won't be able to get paid form the bonus. So if this is the end of the casino for you and you don't want to play here anymore, then I probably wouldn't deposit either and I would always look into things like this before I play with the bonus. 😥

What I ment to say is, I don't see anything about the "OZ" part. I've personally have been playing at PLANET 7 CASINO... multiple times this week. I tried typing it "PLANET 7 CASINO" but the only thing that came up was "PLANET 7 OZ Casino" but I still wanted to leave some sort of warning to other players/payers/gamblers/Anyone!

I am having difficulty with Planet7 withdrawal. I did all the steps in their verification process and tried to withdraw my 300... They told me it would only actually be 214 because of bonus maximums. Fine whatever. I just want ANY portion of the 300 to hit my bank account. They keep stalling. I reach out to support and they completely ignore me. The withdraw that was active is in process and they won't tell me why... Any ideas on how to solve this?
