If they apply wagering on your own money (the money you deposited), then it's all wrong. You shouldn't have a wagering requirement applied to your own money (except the usual 1x-5x wagering, which is the basic anti money-laundering rule, preventing you from an instant withdrawal after you make a deposit).

I'm sorry if the information from our support agent was somehow incorrect, however our bonus rules clearly states, that all bonus funds are subject to the turnover:

5. After accepting the Bonus, the deposit amount is combined with the Bonus amount and then credited to the balance of the bonus funds.

7. The bonus balance is subject to a 40-fold turnover before you can use or withdraw the funds. You can check the remaining wager amount in the Account tab.

As you can see, it is clearly said that your deposit amount will be combined with the bonus amount, and transferred to the bonus funds balance, after that the "bonus balance" is a subject to the turnover, and not the "amount of bonus". So everything is correct: the wager is counted from the whole amount: 200 euro of the deposit + 400 euro of the bonus. 600x40=24 000.

If you think, these phrases don't give full clarification, or, maybe, there is an issue in German translation of the bonus rules, please, tell us, and we will think on how we can change the phrasing.

We never apply wager to the player's own money, even for AML rules.

The wager is only applied when the player accepts the bonus. In that case the amount of the deposit is combined with the bonus amount. The cumulative deposit+bonus amount is transferred to the bonus funds balance and the wager multiplier is applied to it.

If the player does not accept the bonus, wagering is never applied.

But how can you apply 40x wagering requirement on real money that were deposited by the player? I understand that the player can choose whether they want to accept the bonus or not, but it still doesn't make the bonus better anyway. I am not sure how happy are the players with this type of bonus. Do you have some feedback? Did somebody complain about turning real money into the bonus? As far as I know, only one casino ever was turning real money into a bonus, and it was happening with wagering, and at the end of the wagering, all bonus amounts were converted to real money. But because one player lost the real money because he didn't wager the bonus on time, they considered reworking the bonuses.

This bonus policy is very unusual. Usually, players convert bonus money to the real one and not the other way.
