Vi burde ikke skulle kæmpe for at få vores gevinstPERIODE!! Især når vi går ud over at spille efter deres latterlige vilkår og betingelser. Det ser ud til, at de af os, der gør det, vil ende med at blive afvist på grund af en opdigtet regel eller en situation, der er åbenlyst falsk som den, de nægtede mig for (se ovenstående oprindelige indlæg). Efter adskillige forsøg på at bevise, at de tog fejl, holdt de simpelthen op med at svare på mine beskeder og ignorerede endda Casino Gurus anmodninger, da de forsøgte at hjælpe mig, efter at jeg indsendte en formel klage, hvilket jeg er meget taknemmelig for. Hvis dette ikke skriger SKYLD i sig selv, så ved jeg ikke, hvad der ellers gør. Desværre er online gambling ikke reguleret af nogen statslige enheder, så hvis du holder dem ansvarlige eller forsøger at sagsøge dem, får du absolut ingen andre steder end brød. Det er en trist situation, så det eneste, vi kan gøre som spillere, er at klage på enhver tilgængelig anmeldelsesplatform for at advare andre i håb om, at disse skurke går i stykker, fordi ingen besøger deres websteder. Forhåbentlig bliver der sat noget på plads i den nærmeste fremtid, som vil regulere disse røvhuller og lukke dem ned, når de krænker deres spillerrettigheder. Jeg ønsker dig alt mulig held og lykke, og VENLIGST tag dig tid til at undersøge disse gamblingsider og tag enhver klage alvorligt, når du undersøger dem. Oddsene er stablet mod os nok i denne tyktflydende verden ... vi er nødt til at gøre vores hjemmearbejde grundigt for at beskytte os selv.
We shouldn't have to fight to get our winnings PERIOD!! Especially when we go above and beyond to play by their ridiculous terms and conditions. It seems like those of us that do....will end up being declined over a made up rule or a situation that is blatantly false like the one they denied me for (see above original post). After several attempts to prove them wrong they simply stopped replying to my messages and even ignored Casino Guru's requests as they did try to assist me after I submitted a formal complaint, which I am very grateful for. If this doesn't scream GUILT in itself then I don't know what else does. Unfortunately online gambling isn't regulated by any government entities so holding them responsible or trying to sue them gets you absolutely nowhere but broke. It's a sad situation so the only thing we can do as players is to complain on every available review platform to warn others in the hopes that these crooks go broke because nobody frequents their sites. Hopefully something gets put into place in the near future that will regulate these assholes and shut them down when they violate its' players rights. The odds are stacked against us enough in this viscous world...we HAVE to to our homework thoroughly to protect ourselves.
