I have in fact more or less lost all hope about it, seems they getting away by just ignore every single question and mail.

It’s of course unbelievable that they do, and it’s for sure not good at all for the total casino- business and towards all honest casinos out there.

"One rotten apple can destroy the whole basket".

My hope with this information is to get Scatters blacklisted and by that saving other people from playing there and face same totally silence if some problem rises.

Yes, I understand. You're welcome, I think everyone would be happy if someone would take the time to talk to them, especially in a situation like this. The fact that they don't give you a straight answer speaks for itself, I'd say. 

As for the complaint, yes, since it's been a long time, it hasn't been possible.

However, your experience will hopefully show all players that they should be careful, and even though you've done it, your posts will at least maybe keep other players from depositing here. I know it's a small compensation for what you've been through, but believe me, your words may be more noble than you think. 

Nevertheless, I firmly believe that you won't come across anything like this again and you will have only good experiences in the future. I wish you good luck. ☘️

Thanks a million for your reply and nice words. Can you Jaro by the way help me and explain how the process are and whom decide to blacklisting a casino on your side? Are there someone special person I should explain this to or do they whom decide about that reading our conversation? A casino whom not answer at all on a valid claim on euro 59.600 should in my book anyway be blacklisted for sure.

As for the blacklist, a week ago I discussed this with my colleague and I learned that we do not blacklist casinos, but only look for relevant blacklists and whether the casino is not placed on them, so there will probably be no more help from our side, which is quite unfortunate for me. 😥

scatters udbetaler ikke min fortjeneste på 90 euro, giver en tredjepart skylden, så efter 14 dage får jeg en mail om, at pengene skal tilbage til spilkontoen, men det er der heller ikke. skrev via mail og snakkede med support, men ingen rigtige svar hvorfor pengene ikke kom ind på min bankkonto. konto o dokument godkendt og hævningen blev godkendt..spurgte hvad der var problemet, hvornår de har bankkonto nr osv. når man laver en indbetaling, men fik heller ikke svar på det..skulle være nemt at sende overskuddet til samme . og nu må jeg vente, for de skal manuelt kreditere pengene på spilkontoen, det skulle ske med det samme... mærkeligt at et casino med så mange klager over udbetalinger, der ikke er kommet, får lov til at fortsætte, havde jeg læst anmeldelserne Jeg ville aldrig have indbetalt og spillet på dette fupkasino. Forstå, at du nok aldrig får nogen penge, desværre.

Forsøgt at skrive en klage, men kan ikke skrive i selve informationsboksen?? stadig ingen penge hverken på bankkontoen eller spilkontoen, de skriver bare at det er overladt til et andet bureau, og at jeg skal være tålmodig og vente,....får nok ingen penge fra dette fupfirma scatters casino

Hmm, could you send me some screenshot of what it shows you when you enter a complaint ? Maybe I would recommend deleting cookies or using a different device or browser to start with. If you are using a VPN or have one, maybe try changing the country, that was another suggestion I sent yesterday to a player who had a similar problem. 

If none of this works, let me know. 

Of course, as for your situation, I'm sorry, and if all you have to do is be patient, then somehow that information wouldn't help me either. However, in this case we probably can't do more than wait for more details. 😕
