Hello, is this the email the casino sent you explaining what you did ? I saw there some bonus abuse, forged documents for verification, possibly using some third party tools. These are pretty serious things, so the casino described quite a lot, although more in a general way.

Jeg deponerede 40e + 80e...jeg kom igennem genbruget. da genbruget var afsluttet, var saldoen 620e....hvorfra casinoet fjernede 300e (maksimal udbetaling med bonus 8xindbetaling) Jeg accepterer dette fradrag. Jeg fortsatte med at spille og formåede at samle en saldo på 1500e. Jeg lavede en udbetalingsanmodning på 500e (500e maksimum/udbetaling). Udbetalingen blev afvist og 900e blev fjernet fra saldoen og 600e blev returneret til spilkontoen. Grunden er, at da jeg kun har foretaget én indbetaling på 40e, er den maksimale udbetaling 15x indbetalingen....dvs. 600e. (mildt sagt uretfærdigt). Den 20.8 lavede jeg en 500e udbetalingsanmodning, som nu afventer.....den blev lovet at blive betalt den 23.8....den er ikke betalt endnu. Kundeservicen var også en dårlig oplevelse. Casinogurus anmeldelse af dette casino er fuldstændig korrekt. Tilsyneladende har andre brugere haft lignende problemer.

Udbetalingsanmodningen blev afvist og 900e blev taget fra saldoen.....som begrundelse, da jeg kun har foretaget én indbetaling 40e, er den maksimale udbetaling 15x indbetalingen, altså 600e og de overskydende saldi slettes.... .det er virkelig uretfærdigt over for spillerne. Selv i dag er 500e-udbetalingen dateret 20.8 ikke kommet ind på min konto.
