Hi all, I've had an update from my bank (santander) to tell me that they have successfully raised chargebacks for me, totalling £5400. I haven't been credited any temporary money and the money will only be given to me if the merchants dont provide sufficient evidence. Could take up to 45 days from now apparently.

I think its important to note that I was 100% honest with them and mentioned the gambling straight away on a phone call, and provided them with lots of documentation showing attempted contact with the merchants, as well as screenshots to show the deposits from the casino website. I think if you are honest with your bank and speak via phone call, they will likely help you.

So it's been over a week since I had my big relapse, I'm in a clear head space again and ready to start a mission to take these b******s on. Slotmonster was the casino I was using if anyone has any information on how to go about contacting them or were successful? I get no response and I have no live chat option any more as they just left the chat 😅😅 "responsible gambling" ey 🥲

I'm currently plucking up the courage to contact the bank again to ask them to help and re raise all my previously successful chargebacks but I feel like a fool and am embarrassed, makes me really anxious!

Lets hope so I am 5 months clean now since my last episode I am not claiming to be cured but it is going well never out the gym now reading more watching more TV sport etc using gyms in different areas etc I feel a new person but still cautious as I sometimes get thoughts and do a browse but then I do nothing more than this so never out of it yet it will always be there

Yes going well so far !

I called them the 2nd time after been given advice from my gambling advisor but for me it got me no where if I could go back I would have just used the chat function to be honest as you have to contact chargeback team 1st not complaints I was not able to raise them online as it blocked me

Well I had to as could not raise them online but just raise them online if you can to start off get the ball rolling then if they reject take it from there but it goes to chargeback team first then to complaints as the chargeback team will just reject them but complaints team can do more

Guys just to let you know WEBMOSAIC are sending generic emails out now and won’t be refunding directly. I have reported them to trading standards and also will be going to the police.


I received a refund from them in February but noticed more payments and those ones they are denying all Knowledge of
