Hi, I haven't received any update yet but as soon as I do I'll let you know what I find out. 

However, if you still have money there, you can file a complaint with us and our team will try to help you with your situation. I think that might be reasonable, since we don't know what's going on with the casino yet.

Hello I just wanted to help with this and will be raising my own complaint but it seems they have moved to a new site with web address superb1.bet

i logged in there with my details and saw my withdrawal still says awaiting after 7 weeks.

anyways I hope this helps.

There is hope then! I have £600 pending since the 9th of November. I don’t know wether to risk making a complaint and it potentially have a negative effect or just wait it out. The support have actually been quite apologetic to me the last few times I spoke on live chat. I’d like to know if there was any more success stories with this casino after lodging a complaint here?

As for your withdrawal, we give the casinos 14 days to process it. Did the casino tell you the reason why it's been over a week? Of course, if nothing moves, you can file a complaint.

Hello no problem. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for my withdrawal. They just keep saying it’s being checked and that they’re sorry for the delay. The chat used to be very bot like but they seem a lot more sympathetic at the moment without really offering much information.

Hmm, 7 weeks check withdrawal seems a bit long to me. The casino didn't give any other reason than this yes ?

However, I firmly believe that this problem will be solved as well. So far some players have contacted us as you had a chance to see that they got their money, so I hope that will be the case in your situation as well.

Does anyone has any idea about whats happening with superb casino , as i just try to login to superb and they taking me to another website with the name bountyreels.com, does that means they open a new shop for robbing people and making them fool.. How to login to the accounts people have is superb..
