Hello I just wanted to help with this and will be raising my own complaint but it seems they have moved to a new site with web address superb1.bet
i logged in there with my details and saw my withdrawal still says awaiting after 7 weeks.
anyways I hope this helps.

There is hope then! I have £600 pending since the 9th of November. I don’t know wether to risk making a complaint and it potentially have a negative effect or just wait it out. Hello no problem. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for my withdrawal. They just keep saying it’s being checked and that they’re sorry for the delay. The chat used to be very bot like but they seem a lot more sympathetic at the moment without really offering much information.
