Gamdom game payout manipulation

This needs digging into;

I recently won, and was never paid a $149,912 win from a $10 spin on a game Lil Devil by Big Time Gaming;

this game (as many will be aware) has potentials of over 36,000x win. So not even half of the potential with this fantastic win..

Gamdom however refused to pay, refused to give back deposits and failed to accept they’re corrupt. They have now MAX capped the title at a 1,338x jackpot whilst allowing the other titles from Big Time Gaming to be played at their real potentials of 10,000x and 36,000x. Will upload proofs in comment section.

please can someone advise if this is common for casinos to do?

or are Gamdom running illegal visual copies of the game with edited scripts hence not allowing withdrawal of win.

This happened in December. No pay out. No explanation besides a back and forth of me asking for my deposits back.

How Gamdom have a perfect rating I do not know.

I have open complaints on this site against both Gamdom, and Stake. I request my deposits back from this fraudulent website

I'd wait for the complaint team since it seems that Gamdom casino is not capable of any relevant answer. It's good you submitted your complaint. If there is anything going wrong we have a chance to warn players.

I hope that there is some explanation to be revealed by the casino managers otherwise this issue just does not make any sense.

Gamdom; yes. Holds perfect score and is a passive regulator. Wouldn’t publically comment on here, or on BitCoinTalk about editing max win potentials.

I personally have issues where I’ve won big, (14,900x - investigated and never paid) and now they’ve edited and capped the maximum available win to a measly 1,338x as opposed to the 36,000 X set by provider.

I signed up to Gamdom the day I won; and casino has been super unhelpful since the day of win until now.

As others have mentioned unless you’ve got a following most of these casinos don’t care about sole complaints - I deposited a total of $160,000 and won *$223,000* but my account wasn’t linked with a withdraw address due to a site bug. Apparently.

So yes, personally Gamdoms perfect casino score shouldn’t exist

Gamdome has a perfect reputation simply because payers do not complain about this one so hard.

If you check the complaint section, you should see that there have been only 4 submitted complaints so far. 2 were even unjustified so we agreed with the casino. The other 2 were unresolved, yes, but the casino was awarded a portion of black points in relevance with the sum disputed.

We recently decreased other casino rating from 6 to 2,6 for instance but it can hardly be done because of 2 bad complaints, especially if their terms and conditions are fair.
