Why do you want a reply from the merchant?


For filing a chargeback all you need is sent a mail to the merchant (goods not received, or cancelling the order). And if they dint reply you can mention that on the chargeback form.

I can't get file chargebacks because 1 company said to the bank I had received stuff and must have provided fake receipts etc. I can get my account closed down if it happens again

I can't because some merchants said they give me stuff, obviously didn't. The bank will not allow me to chargeback without scrutiny

I’ve just applied for a charge back against pixelum.io, I’ve said I didn’t get any service from them. They have said I brought nft art but yet they cannot prove this, idiots the lot of them

yeah did your bank get in contact with them at all? I’ve sent evidence of me not actually having anything from them.

No obviously showed something to the bank because the bank said the merchant had provided evidence! What evidence do you have? Keep me updated how you get on 🙂 who do you bank with, I'm natwest

Jeg ville helt klart give kreditkortoplysningerne, men kun de første seks cifre og de sidste fire. Nogle gange får du en refusion. Spær kortet og ansøg om et nyt; refusion virker også på spærrede kort.
