I said I didn’t get any services or goods, I was transparent and said I authorised the transactions for a casino which was illegal. I explained that they use the merchants to bypass security in the uk and they’ve closed the case and given me my money back. I’m putting forward a second chargeback as we speak.

So I’ve just put through a new chargeback for wintermads, they said they was investigating my refund but started to ignore me so I’ve went to chase bank, will the bank contact them? Or just refund and that’s that. My first chargeback was successful

The bank will always contact the opposing bank regarding chargebacks. For me personally I opened around 12 chargebacks against WINTERMDSE and they refunded 3 of them and provided evidence for the remainder saying I bought artwork etc off them

They’ve come back saying I brought nft art and it’s "on the blockchain", I hope they have sufficient evidence as I have evidence I haven’t had any nft art. Any other advice would be appreciated tho.
