We cannot punish the casino only because the bonus was cleared (most likely automatically) sometime during the 4 weeks of your inactivity. One month is more than enough time to play with it. We also cannot force the casino to credit you back the expired bonus. I am sure you understand that you cannot leave the bonus sitting in your account forever.
