I opened an account with Melbet Casino on Nov 14, 2023, as thought lets give them a try. I used my hotmail.com and phone number to set up the casino account with Melbet. Deposited $200 CAD using deposit method "Interac E Transfer". (This is a very common method I use to deposit in many many online casinos). After playing games, and with good luck and God "s wishes my casino account balance went to $5,870. When I went to the withdrawal because that's like sort of a default step you take as the casino when they receice a withdrawal request then ask you for personal documents for verification. However, it was very very strange to see, the deposit method of Interac E Transfer is not available as a Withdrawal method. I found it strange as the casinos usually want you to withdraw in the same method as deposit. So I went to Online customer chat support, asked them where to send my verification documents they advised to Security. Wrote email Security by attaching in the email my ID and latest Utility bill. EVER SINCE THEN, the run around started, which i have never experienced in any online casinos except Melbet. The Security never answered, Online chat support keeps telling me daily , uptill even 30 minutes before I am writing this complain that "wait your turn". Been waiting for my turn for 2 weeks. The response from Security at Melbet was very very vague, and when I reply them back to explain, they never reply back. Then Chat support told me that you are using your hotmail.com to reach Security, they will not respond to hotmail, so even with My Gmail account they responded very vague NOT clear. And today Nov 28, 2023 Online chat support told me that all my requests will be ignored as I am not following there instructions. I have screenshots of everything I have communicated with them, including emails.
