Hej. Jeg lavede en udbetalingsanmodning fra mrsloty casino på ovenstående dato. De fortalte mig, at tilbagetrækningen ville tage maksimalt 7-21 dage, hvilket jeg troede var lidt langt, men stadig aldrig mistænkt for foul play....Indtil nu.
Der er nu gået 61 dage, siden jeg fremsatte anmodningen om fortrydelse. Jeg er blevet fortalt mange forskellige ting, hvoraf mange ser ud til at være bare kopierede og indsatte beskeder, som de vender tilbage til, hver gang jeg spørger dem, hvad i alverden der foregår. De bliver ved med at flytte målstængerne, hver gang jeg spørger om min tilbagetrækning (i gennemsnit 3 gange om ugen. Jeg tror, jeg ikke har lagt nok pres på dem tidligt nok, og nu tror de, at jeg er en pushover, og at jeg er DUM! At jeg har ikke brug for pengene måske, jeg ved det ikke, men jeg har brug for de penge, og jeg har hårdt brug for dem for at være ærlig. Jeg havde bare ikke et øjeblik mistanke om, at der ville gå to måneder uden udbetaling! De har fortalt mig, at weekender ikke tæller som arbejdsdage for deres økonomiafdeling, selvom det selv med det er 45 arbejdsdage siden, jeg lavede min fortrydelsesanmodning! Hver gang jeg kontakter dem via live chat, fortæller de, at jeg skal være tålmodig, og de siger, at der er et problem med økonomien hold og hævningerne. Jeg ville være enig i denne udtalelse. Ja, der er et kæmpe problem, at de ikke udbetaler, punktum. Så de har fortalt mig, at hævningerne bliver behandlet i kronologisk rækkefølge. De har sagt, at tilbagetrækning skal gennemgås meget detaljeret, og at selv så sent som i går, kan de ikke give mig en tidsramme for, hvornår jeg vil modtage den! Jeg tror, du vil være enig i, at dette er fuldstændig latterligt, og jeg er ret sikker på, at dette er en fupside, som jeg ALDRIG vil blive udbetalt fra! Jeg håber og beder til, at du vil være i stand til at komme mig til hjælp og give mig lidt hjælp her, da jeg har bemærket, at du har været i stand til at hjælpe andre - og også med det samme bestemte casino - som er blevet taget en tur sådan her. De bliver ved med at bruge ordet SNART i samtalen, men de har brugt det ord siden dag ét! Faktum er, at "SNART" aldrig kommer, og tilbagetrækningen sker aldrig! Hvis jeg ikke kan få hjælp til dette, vil de bare blive ved med at løbe rundt og vende tilbage til ting, de har sagt tidligere. Det gør de for at skubbe udbetalingen længere og længere væk, i håb om at jeg til sidst vil give op. Hvorfor skulle jeg? Jeg vil ikke! Jeg har brug for disse penge, da jeg har en familie at brødføde! En ting, jeg skal nævne, er, at jeg havde en anden konto for et par år siden, som jeg lukkede, så kontaktede jeg dem på live chat for at se, om jeg kunne genåbne den, og chatoperatøren sagde "ja, det kan du gøre, eller vi kan bare åbne en ny konto til dig" Så jeg åbnede en ny konto med en anden e-mailadresse. Jeg tror ikke, at dette er et problem, da jeg tjekkede det med dem, og jeg fik at vide "alt er i orden med din udbetaling" Også min konto blev aldrig låst, og jeg fik lov til at spille hele tiden. Jeg har masser af skærmbilleder af samtaler, hvis du har brug for, at jeg sender dem på et senere tidspunkt. De bliver ved med at fortælle mig, at vi sender en påmindelse til økonomiteamet, og de vil vende tilbage til dig. De er ikke vendt tilbage til mig én gang i 61 dage, selvom jeg sjovt nok modtager salgsfremmende e-mail hver eneste dag, der opfordrer mig til at spille flere penge! Jeg tror, jeg har fået at vide, at de vil minde "økonomi"-afdelingen omkring 30 gange på 60 dage. Nogle gange siger de, at de vil markere det som presserende. Men nu, i en nylig udvikling, har de fortalt mig i denne uge, at de overhovedet ikke har nogen kontakt eller indflydelse på økonomiafdelingen! Jeg tvivler seriøst på, at der overhovedet er blevet sendt rykkere for at være ærlig. Jeg synes i hvert fald, at jeg har tegnet et ret klart billede af, hvad jeg går igennem med dette casino, og hvad der ser ud til at foregå. De har senest sagt, at der nu bliver kigget på RISIKO vurdering, som de siger vil tage længere tid igen, og skubbe udbetalingen længere væk! Jeg er optimistisk, at du måske kan hjælpe mig med dette..

Hello. I made a withdrawal request from mrsloty casino on the above date. They told me the withdrawal was going to take 7-21days maximum, which I thought was a bit long, but still never suspected foul play....Until now.
61 days have now passed since I made the withdrawal request. I have been told many different things, alot of which seems to be just copied and pasted messages which they revert to each time I ask them what on earth is going on. They keep moving the goalposts each time I enquire about my withdrawal (on average 3 times per week. I think I have not applied enough pressure to them early enough, and now they think that I am a pushover and that i am STUPID! That i dont need the money maybe, i dont know but i need that money and i need it badly to be honest. I just did not suspect for one moment, that two months would pass with no payout! They have told me that weekends do not count as working days for their finance department, though even with that it is 45 working days since I made my withdrawal request! Each time I contact them via live chat they are telling me to be patient and they are saying there is a problem with the finance team and the withdrawals. I would have to agree with this statement. Yes there is a huge problem being that they are not paying out, period. So they have told me that the withdrawals are being processed in chronological order. They have said that the withdrawal must be gone through in huge detail and that even as recently as yesterday, they cannot give me a timeframe for when I will recieve it! I think you will agree, that this is utterly ridiculous and I am pretty certain that this is a scam site, from which I will NEVER be paid out! I am hoping and praying that you will be able to come to my aid and give me some assistance here, as I have noticed that you have been able to help others- and with the same particular casino aswell-who have been taken for a ride like this. They keep using the word SOON in the conversation, but they have been using that word since day one! The fact is that "SOON" never comes and the withdrawal never happens! If I cant get assistance with this, they will just keep giving me the run around saying and reverting back to things they have said earlier. They do this to push the payout further and further away, hoping that I will eventually give up. Why should I? I will not! I need this money, as i have a family to feed! One thing I need to mention is that I had another account a couple of years back, which I closed, then I contacted them on live chat to see if I could reopen it and the chat operator said "yes, you can do that, or we can just open another new account for you" So i opened a new account with a different email address. I don't think this is an issue as I checked it with them and I was told "everything is fine with your withdrawal" Also my account was never locked and i was allowed to play all along. I have plenty of screenshots of conversations if you need me to send them at a later date. They keep telling me, we will send a reminder to the finance team and they will get back to you. They have not gotten back to me once in 61 days, though funny enough I recieve promotional email every single day, urging me to gamble more money! I think I have been told they will remind the "finance" department about 30 times in 60 days. Sometimes they are saying they will mark it as urgent. However now, in a recent development, they have told me this week, that they have no contact or influence over the finance department at all! I seriously doubt any reminders have been sent AT ALL to be honest. Anyway I think I have painted a pretty clear picture of what I am going through with this casino and what seems to be going on. They have most recently said that it is now being looked at for RISK assessment, which they say will take longer again, pushing the payout away further! I am optimistic you may be able to assist me with this PLEASE..
