Det er lykkedes mig at få $ 12K siden vi sidst talte, men dette har været problematisk, da de bliver ved med at afvise mine tilbagetrækninger og hævder, at jeg er over grænserne i deres T & C'er, der sendes til mig ved hver samtale med deres kundeservice, når jeg klager, selvom de synes at komme med et beløb, jeg kan hæve, da de har "løst" problemet. Jeg kan ikke se logikken i deres matematik med mine udbetalingsbeløb og har igen bedt om en datoskema, så jeg bedre kan forstå, hvordan det fungerer fra deres side, men har aldrig fået et. Jeg får nu at vide, at jeg igen kan trække mig tilbage den 29/08/21, som derefter starter som en ny måned og skulle give mig mulighed for at hæve $ 50.000, ser vi.
Jeg har skrevet en anden tidsplan for mig selv med disse oplysninger, der burde fungere inden for retningslinjerne for vilkår og betingelser, men vi vil se, uden tvivl vil jeg få rununden igen, da hver kundeserviceagent ser ud til at have en anden mening.
Jeg tvivler meget på, at de vil reagere, og jeg vil bare blive frustreret over, at de forsøger at trække penge tilbage i håb om, at jeg spiller det ud, vi får se, holder dig opdateret

I have managed to get maybe $12K since we last spoke but this has been problematic as they keep declining my withdrawals claiming I am over the limits in their T&C’s which are posted to me on every conversation with their customers service, once I complain though they seem to come up with an amount I can withdraw as they have " fixed " the issue. I can’t see the logic in their math with my withdrawal amounts and have again asked for a date schedule so I can better understand the way it works from their side but have never been given one. I am now told I can again withdraw on the 29/08/21 which then starts as new month and should allow me to withdraw $50K, we will see.
I have written another schedule for myself with this information that should work within the guidelines of the T&C’s but we will see, no doubt I will get the runaround again as every customer service agent seems to have a different opinion.
I very much doubt that they will respond and I will just be frustrated by them trying to withdraw monies in the hope I play it out, we will see, keep you posted
