Den værste casinooplevelse jeg nogensinde har haft med hensyn til udbetalingen!! Jeg åbner en konto i Gama Casino og indbetaler 2-3 gange via Jeton wallet.. jeg vinder nogle penge, der ikke er store..og jeg besluttede at hæve mine penge..jeg bekræftede min konto (min konto var fuldt verificeret), og jeg foretog en udbetaling anmodning! Efter 10 minutter blev min tilbagetrækning afvist, og informationen var, at jeg stadig mangler at bekræfte min betalingsmetode!! Men der er ingen mulighed for at bekræfte din betalingsmetode kun id og adresse! Jeg kontaktede supporten, og de fortalte mig at uploade et print fra min Jeton-pung med alle mine oplysninger synlige!! Jeg uploader printskærmen, og jeg får bekræftelse fra support på, at min konto er fuldt verificeret, og at jeg nu kan foretage en ny udbetalingsanmodning!! Det gjorde jeg søndag aften og mandag morgen kunne jeg se, at udbetalingen var farvet grøn, og den blev gennemført.. men det mærkelige var, at mit udbetalingsbeløb blev krediteret tilbage til min casinokonto! Jeg kontaktede supporten, og Eric fra support fortalte mig, at der er et problem med Jeton, og at Jeton har nogle tekniske problemer.. og de sender mine penge til Jeton, men Jeton sender dem tilbage..😕😕 Jeg kontaktede straks Jeton-supporten, og de fortalte mig, at de ikke har nogen tekniske problemer, og at ingen prøver eller sender penge til min konto, så de skal sende tilbage!! Så det var løgn fra støtte !! Så kontakter jeg supporten, jeg præsenterede med fakta med print screen fra min samtale med Jeton support!! De gav mig ikke noget svar, hvorfor de løj for mig..så de fortalte mig, at jeg skulle lave en ny tilbagetrækningsanmodning, og de vil sørge for at blive behandlet hurtigt..nu efter 30 timers venten (og vilkårene og betingelserne siger alt udbetalinger vil blive behandlet inden for 24 timer) jeg kontakter supporten igen, og den samme agent Eric fortalte mig: Din anmodning om udbetaling er nu under godkendelse, da du er blevet opdaget svigagtig aktivitet. Det her er noget sludder!! I går løj de nu, de anklager mig for bedrageri!! Det eneste, jeg tror, er, at kasinoet ikke ønsker at betale penge, og de bruger alle redskaber til at pisse dig af, så du kan miste dine penge!!! Jeg har allerede klaget over dette casino her!! The worst casino experience i ever had regarding the withdrawal!! I open account in Gama Casino i deposit 2-3 times via Jeton wallet.. i win some money not big ..and I decided to withdraw my money..i verified my account ( my account was fully verified) and I did a withdrawal request! After a 10 min my withdrawal was rejected and the info was i still need to verify my payment method!! But there is no option to verify your payment method only id and address! I contacted the support and they told me to upload a print from my Jeton wallet with all my info visible!! I upload the print screen and i get confirmation from support that my account is fully verified and now I have can make a new withdrawal request!! I did on Sunday night and Monday morning I see that the withdrawal was color green and it was completed..but the strange was that my withdrawal amount was credited back to my casino account! I contacted the support and Eric from support told me that there is issue with Jeton and that Jeton have some technical issues..and they send my money to Jeton but Jeton send it back..😕😕 I immediately contact the Jeton support and they told me that they don’t have any technical issues and that nobody try or send money to my account so they have to send back!! So it was lie from support !! Then I contact the support i presented with the facts with print screen from my conversation with Jeton support!! They didn’t give me any answer why the lied to me ..so they told me to make a new withdrawal request and they will make sure to be processed fast..now after 30 hours of waiting ( and the terms and conditions says all withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours) i contact the support again and the same agent Eric told me: Your withdrawal request, is now under approval, as you have been spotted fraudulent activity. This is nonsense!! Yesterday they lied now they accusing me of fraud!! All i think is that the casino don’t want to pay money and they use every tool to piss you off so you can lose your money!!! I already made a complaint about this casino here!! So stay away!!! Don’t play in this casino
