Jeg modtog 6 e-mails nøjagtigt de samme som den sidste i stedet for at svare og fortælle mig, at den information, jeg sendte, ikke var, hvad de havde brug for .. nej, bare sende samme e-mail igen??.. og de siger, hvis du har nogle spørgsmål, så spørg bare support..ja, det eneste du får fra dem er undskyld, vi beskæftiger os ikke med udbetalinger, du skal kontakte finansafdelingen???..huh?..så de kunne ikke fortælle mig, hvis de havde modtaget nogen af de oplysninger, jeg havde sendt, og om det var korrekt. fik jeg endelig beskeden, og min konto blev bekræftet, men 2 dage senere, og min udbetaling afventer stadig? Ikke tilfreds med kommunikationen og kan kun spille alle spil, hvis du er logget ind med VPN ellers uheld ..det er over 7 dage siden min anmodning stadig afventer
They seriously need coaching in asking for the information they need for withdrawals I received 6 emails exactly the same as the last instead of replying and telling me the info I sent wasn't what they needed ..nope just resend same email??..and they say if you have any questions just ask support..yeh right all you get from them is sorry we don't deal with withdrawals you need to contact the finance Dept???..huh?..so they could not tell me if they had received any of the info I had sent and if it was correct . finally got the msg thru and my account was verified but 2 days later and my withdraw is still pending? Not happy with the communication and can only play all games if logged in with VPN otherwise bad luck ..it's been over 7 days since my request still pending
