They delay payments in purpose so that you cancel your withdrawal request and lose the money you won. They pay small wins next day, but if you win big they will do whatever it takes so that you won't get your money. I still wait for the to process a withdrawal after 20 days. I don't even know if I'll ever get my money. They asked a lot of documents for verification and they said that my account is verified 20 days ago and still don't process any withdrawal.
