Jeg har forsøgt at hæve penge, som jeg havde tænkt mig at spille med, men ombestemte mig. Da jeg forsøgte at få det tilbage på samme måde, som jeg sendte det, var det interac etransfer. Der dukkede en besked op, der sagde, at jeg skulle kontakte support, da jeg gjorde det, sagde de, at jeg skulle lave et indskud for interac for at det kunne fungere... hvilket ikke gav mening, da jeg lige havde brugt den metode til at sende dem pengene. Efter en frustrerende samtale sagde personen, at han ville være nødt til at sende den til en anden. Jeg har lige modtaget en e-mail fra dem om, at de ikke betaler tilbage til kreditkort. Hvilket ikke var problemet, da der ikke blev brugt et kreditkort til at sende dem penge. Det er frustrerende og ikke besværet værd, men jeg vil bare have mine penge tilbage.
I have been trying to withdraw money that I had intended to play with but changed my mind. When I tried to get it back in the same manner as I sent it which was interac etransfer. A message popped up saying I needed to contact support, when I did that they said I needed to make a deposit for interac for it to work… which made no sense as I had just used that method to send them the money. After a frustrating conversation the person said he would have to send it up to someone else. I just received an email from them saying they don’t do payment back onto credit cards. Which was not the issue as no credit card was used in sending them money. It’s frustrating and not worth the hassle but I just want my money back.
