Today I had the absolute pleasure of simply outstanding customer service. I have been an account holder for over a year now, playing usually on a weekly basis. I spoke to the live chat service, asked if I may be entitled to some free spins please. Which they afforded me 20FS no questions asked. I went on to wager the FS win and accrued over $500. Thinking "Oh well, what ever the max limit is, I'm sure they will take off what I am not entitled to". To my absolute joy, within an hour or so they had sent me an email to explain although FS winnings are usually capped for my country at approximately $75 AUD, they were willing in this instance, to honour the entire $500 win!!
