I am Ramu, the point of contact for BetLive Casino and I would like to address your complaint, as I believe in being transparent and honest, now when it comes to the payout of your winnings, the winnings have been paid out 06:03:2025, that makes me feel that you had received your winnings when you made this complaint, that I find a bit odd and then to address the two deposits that you state that never arrived on your gaming account,

Now if this kind of issue occurs, it is always very annoying, but as a very normal practice, casinos will always ask you to wait 24-48h in case there is an issue on the bank´s side and they bounce back, if this does not happen, then the player is asked to send a proof of payment to the casino and then our payment team will investigate, but this was not the case that I can see, as you have received all the deposits on your gaming account.

Then when it comes to our customer support, I would like to point out that you could have been a bit more polite when talking with our support team members, as they are really here to help you…I totally understand that not everyone can be satisfied nor helped in the moment, but threatening staff, calling them stupid, or when you have been explained the basic procedure (that I just explained above) and you answer "Frankly don´t give a shit" does not make it the easiest to help you.

If you wish I can clarify anything else needed here and I am sad to hear that you did not have a good time playing at our casino.

1. People in chat had zero knowledge of casino gaming and could help with absolutely nothing

2. All games i played either lagged extremly or crashed. During the lagging the RTP was zero (yes zero). Why? I let You be the judge of that.

3. I was verified but when i made a withdrawel request i was suddenly NOT verified anymore....

To sum it up: If you like your chats with a casino to be totally useless and if you like your games to lagg and crash, this is totally your casino......

Became their so called VIP-player but they refused to verify me, asking for documents that i, as a player from Sweden, cant provide. If youre planning on playing here, see to that they verify you BEFORE any deposits. Cant recommend playing here due to this unfair treatment( and i was a VIP…wonder what treatment "normal" players get..)
  • You can play in your own currency which i really liked.
  • Impossible to get verified
  • Sometimes laggy servers( game crashes)
