I had deposited money with them to be able to enjoy the promotion sent to me by them...because my dumb** s takes the bait... I had gotten it up and the playthrough balance was unreal because of how hard I hit on the promotion... In the end I had played I think close to 4,500 through to be able to withdraw my so, that left me with 2800 to play of my own money! So, I put in for withdraw of 20005 and play that 800 away in like 7 minutes I don't thing one machine sang! I waited and waited... Nothing I go online to chat, and my account says that the Casino Manager Approve 531$ and like 15 mins. later...1469 was approved 'So, I go to my Wallet I did the withdr to... only the 331 was there...Email took forever and when I finally talked to the"Casino Manager" in a chat she was a complete asshat!... "Well, you obviously didn't follow all the deposit bonus Rules..." then Id show her that I already got part of it, she kept blamming it on me.... my wallet, whatever she could use... and today 6 months later... still nothing and that transaction isn't even on my history... I just made or withdraw from Sunrise casino...Let's hope I don't have the same outcome.......
