Spillede en $100 gratis chip, de sendte mig, fuldførte gennemspillet med $150 tilbage og fik at vide af supporten, at min maksimale udbetaling ville være $100, hvilket lød helt fint for mig. Bortset fra, at jeg har e-mailet de dokumenter, de bad om, og aldrig hørt tilbage. Sendte en e-mail igen en uge senere for at se om en opdatering og ingenting, hvis du spørger support siger de bare, at de ikke har adgang og venter længere. Selvfølgelig er de tilgængelige 24/7, men bankafdelingen kan ikke svare efter uger?! Hmmm
Played a $100 free chip they sent me, completed the playthrough with $150 left and was told by support my max cash out would be $100 which sounded totally fine to me. Except I have emailed the documents they asked for and never heard back. Emailed again a week later to see about an update and nothing, if you ask support they just say they don’t have access and wait longer. Of course they are 24/7 available but banking department cant answer after weeks?! Hmmm
