De bad mig sende en bankkonto for at foretage overførslen, dette var omkring 15/10/2023, jeg sendte alt korrekt til kontoen, og indtil videre er pengene endnu ikke modtaget. Jeg kontakter chatten dagligt, nogle gange mere end én gang om dagen, og de får altid det samme svar, som om de havde foretaget en undersøgelse, da betalingen allerede er foretaget af dem, eller et svar som "vær tålmodig" "det vil blive løst meget snart", men giver aldrig en løsning på problemet. Alle de casinoer, jeg har spillet på, har jeg aldrig haft problemer, som jeg har med dette, det er en måned forsinket, og indtil videre har jeg ikke modtaget noget. Det er et kæmpe rod med kunden, det tager 1 måned og ikke får svar eller løsning på problemet. Intet problem tager så lang tid at løse.

It's a huge mess with the customer, taking 1 month and not getting a response or resolution of the problem. No problem takes that long to resolve.
